Brand Assistant
Ask questions about your brand with AI.
This chapter covers how to use the AI-powered Brand Assistant to get answers about your brand.
What the Assistant Knows
The Assistant is an AI that has been loaded with your brand's complete knowledge: colors, typography, logos, tone of voice, photography guidelines, and more. It can answer questions about any aspect of your brand and provide rich, interactive responses.
Switching to Assistant Mode
Click the "Assistant" card on the Create landing page or select the Assistant tab in the mode tabs at the top of the left rail.
Asking Questions
Type a natural-language question into the prompt field. The Assistant responds with detailed, brand-specific answers.
Examples:
- "What are our primary brand colors?"
- "What tone should we use in social media posts?"
- "Show me our approved logo variants."
- "What fonts do we use for headings?"
Interactive Answers
The Assistant does not just return plain text. Depending on the topic, it can display:
- Color swatches -- Visual color blocks with hex values you can copy to your clipboard.
- Typography specimens -- Font previews with style details and download links.
- Logo variants -- Visual previews of each logo version with downloadable files.
- Photography examples -- Sample images from your brand guide showing approved styles.
Chat History
Your conversations are saved automatically. Recent chats appear in the left rail so you can pick up where you left off or revisit an earlier answer.
Teaching the Assistant
You can teach the Assistant new information by telling it directly. For example: "Remember that we always use lowercase in headlines." The Assistant persists this instruction and applies it in future conversations. This is useful for adding nuances, preferences, or recent decisions that are not yet captured in the original brand guide.
Updating Brand Info
If you are an Admin or Owner, you can ask the Assistant to update official brand data. For example: "Update our brand description to include our new sustainability initiative." The Assistant applies the change so that all team members see the updated information going forward.
