Managing Brand Assets

Add and manage products and characters.

This chapter covers how to add and manage products and characters so your team can reference them during image generation.

This section is for brand Admins and Owners. If you don't see these options, your role may not have access.

What Are Brand Assets?

Brand assets are the products and characters you upload to Open Wonder so that team members can reference them when generating images. Once an asset is added, anyone on the team can mention it with @ in the Create prompt field, and the AI will incorporate it into the generated scene.

Accessing Brand Asset Management

Open Settings from the gear icon in the left rail. Under Brand Assets you will find two sections: Products and Characters.

Adding a Product

Click "Add" to create a new product. Give it a name, an optional description, and upload one or more product images. These images teach the AI what the product looks like so it can place it accurately in generated scenes. The more angles and contexts you provide, the better the results.

Adding a Character

The workflow for characters is the same as for products. Provide a name, an optional description, and upload reference images of the character. Consistent reference images help the AI recreate the character faithfully across different scenes and poses.

Editing Brand Assets

Select an existing product or character to update its name, description, or images. Updated images give the AI improved reference material for future generations.

Removing Brand Assets

Delete a product or character when it is no longer needed. Removing an asset does not affect images that have already been generated using it -- those remain in your Library.

How Brand Assets Connect to Generation

Once a product or character is added in Settings, it appears in the @ mention picker inside the Create prompt field. Any team member -- regardless of role -- can type @ followed by the asset name to reference it in a prompt. The AI then uses the uploaded reference images to include that asset in the generated output.
