Plans and Billing

This chapter explains the available plans, how to upgrade, and how to manage your subscription.

This section is for brand Owners. If you don't see billing options, your role may not have access.

Free vs. Pro

Open Wonder offers two plans:

• Free -- Basic access to the Studio with starter limits on styles, image generations, storage, and team seats.
• Pro -- EUR 79/month with significantly higher quotas across the board.

The Free plan is a great way to explore Open Wonder. When your team outgrows its limits, upgrading to Pro unlocks the full creative toolkit.

What Pro Includes

The Pro plan raises the caps on the resources your brand can use:

• Visual styles -- Create more trained styles for different visual directions.
• Image generations -- Generate more images per billing cycle.
• Storage space -- Store more assets in your Library.
• Team seats -- Invite additional members to collaborate on the brand.

Exact limits are shown in the plan comparison when you start the upgrade flow.

Upgrading

From Brand Settings, navigate to the plan or subscription section and follow the upgrade flow. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. Your Pro features activate immediately after payment.

Managing Your Subscription

View your current plan, payment method, and billing cycle from the billing section in Brand Settings. You can update your payment method at any time.

Invoices

Download past invoices directly from the billing section. Each invoice includes a summary of charges for the billing period.

Cancelling

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, your brand remains on the Pro plan until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, it reverts to the Free plan limits. No previously generated images or styles are deleted, but you may lose access to resources that exceed Free plan quotas.
