Settings
Personal, organization, and brand configuration.
This chapter covers the settings available in Open Wonder Studio, from personal account options to organization and brand configuration.
Accessing Settings
Click the gear icon at the bottom of the left rail. This takes you to the Manage page, where all settings live. The options you see depend on your role -- everyone can manage their own account, while organization and brand settings are reserved for Admins and Owners.
User Settings
These settings are available to every Open Wonder user.
Profile
Update your display name and email address. Changes take effect immediately across all brands and organizations you belong to.
Change Password
Set a new password for your account. You will need to confirm your current password before the change is applied.
Delete Account
Permanently delete your Open Wonder account. This removes your profile and all associated data. This action cannot be undone -- make sure you have exported anything you need before proceeding.
Organization Settings
These options are available to organization Admins and Owners only.
Overview
See a high-level summary of your organization, including the number of brands and members.
Details
Edit the organization name, slug, and website URL. The slug determines the organization's path in URLs, so choose something short and recognizable.
Logo
Upload or change the organization logo. This logo appears in the sidebar and in any shared or public-facing contexts.
Members
View and manage organization-level members. You can invite new people, change roles, or remove members from the organization.
Brands
See all brands that belong to the organization. From here you can navigate directly into any brand's settings.
API Tokens
Create and manage API tokens for programmatic access to Open Wonder. Tokens are scoped to the organization and can be assigned specific permissions. The token value is shown only once at creation -- copy it immediately and store it securely.
Brand Settings
These options are available to brand Admins and Owners only.
Overview
A summary dashboard for the brand, showing key metrics and current plan details at a glance.
Details
Edit the brand name, slug, description, website URL, industries, and product summary. These details inform the Brand Assistant and help the AI understand your brand context.
Logo
Upload or change the brand logo. The logo is used throughout the Studio and in the Public Brand Assistant.
Members
Manage brand-level members. You can invite new people by email, assign roles (Member, Admin, or Owner), and remove members who no longer need access.
