Sharing Assets
Share images with people inside and outside your team.
This chapter covers how to share images with people inside and outside your team using public share links.
Creating a Share Link
From the asset lightbox or the bulk action bar, choose "Share" to create a public link. You can share a single asset or multiple assets at once. The link is generated instantly and ready to copy.
What Recipients See
The share link opens a branded public page showing the shared assets alongside your brand logo. Recipients can view and download images directly -- no account needed.
Sharing by Email
You can also enter an email address to send the share link directly to someone. The recipient gets a message with a link to the branded share page.
Downloading Shared Assets
Recipients can download individual files from the share page. When multiple assets are shared together, a "Download all" option lets them grab everything as a single ZIP file.
Managing Share Links
Share links can be revoked if you no longer want them to be accessible. Once revoked, anyone with the old link sees a message that the content is no longer available.
